Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary according to the selected rate (STANDARD RATE, Be Safe Rate, Non-Refundable Rate).
A) Cancellations must be communicated in writing and sent by email to [email protected]
B) Modified or cancelled reservations are subject to the following penalties:
STANDARD RATE: In case of cancellation or changes made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the stay will be charged (loss of deposit, Art. 1386 Italian Civil Code). In case of cancellation or changes beyond this deadline or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Be Safe Rate (Refundable Insured Rate by AXA): Refundable insured rate by AXA with a 100% charge at the time of booking. The Be Safe Rate Plus guarantees cancellation for any documented reason and offers reimbursement up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking. The guest must request reimbursement directly from Be Safe Rate.
Non-Refundable Rate: The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
C) Any reduction in the length of stay will be considered a cancellation.
D) In case of “no-show” or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
E) Upon receipt of the deposit (Art. 1386 Italian Civil Code), the cancellation policy clauses are considered automatically accepted.
Rates include 10% VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the rate (EUR 1.00 per person per night).
Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00 Check-out: 11:00
Children cannot be accommodated in the B&B.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit Cards
The management reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival.
Supplements are not automatically included in the total amount and must be paid separately at check-out.
These contract conditions are governed by Italian Law.
