Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary according to the selected rate (STANDARD RATE, Be Safe Rate, Non-Refundable Rate).

A) Cancellations must be communicated in writing and sent by email to [email protected]

B) Modified or cancelled reservations are subject to the following penalties:

STANDARD RATE: In case of cancellation or changes made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the stay will be charged (loss of deposit, Art. 1386 Italian Civil Code). In case of cancellation or changes beyond this deadline or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Be Safe Rate (Refundable Insured Rate): Refundable insured rate with a 100% charge at the time of booking. The Be Safe Rate Plus guarantees cancellation for any documented reason and offers reimbursement up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking. The guest must request reimbursement directly from Be Safe Rate.

Non-Refundable Rate: The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

C) Any reduction in the length of stay will be considered a cancellation.

D) In case of “no-show” or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

E) Upon receipt of the deposit (Art. 1386 Italian Civil Code), the cancellation policy clauses are considered automatically accepted.

Rates include 10% VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the rate (EUR 1.00 per person per night).

Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00  Check-out: 11:00

Children under 16 years of age cannot be accommodated in the B&B.

Pets are not allowed.

Credit Cards
The management reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival.

Supplements are not automatically included in the total amount and must be paid separately at check-out.

These contract conditions are governed by Italian Law.

Your details will be treated in accordance with the above regulation, in a correct and open manner, which protects your privacy and rights.

1. The data supplied by you will be used to carry out a booking on the site www.aldom57.com

2. The data will be held within an electronic database.

3. Inserting your details is obligatory, given that in their absence it is not possible to make a booking. The lack of such information prevents any furtherment of the contract.

4. The data will be passed on exclusively to the recipients necessary for the completion of the booking contract (eg: the hotel). We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes specified above.

d) the identity of the holder, the person in charge and the assigned representative as per article 5, comma 2.

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectifying, and, as applicable, the integration of the data.
b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, or the blocking of data used in violation of the law. This also includes any details which have been passed on but which weren't necessary for the working of the system.
c) the declaration that the acts covered in letters a) and b), as well as their content, are communicated to the parties to whom the personal details are passed on, apart from in cases where such fulfillment proves to be impossible or would require the use of means overtly disporportionate to the protected right.

4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) to the use of the personal details which concern him, with legitimate reason which concerns the purpose of their initial collection;
b) to the use of personal details which concern him with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material either for the fulfilment of market research or commercial communication.
