The Reservations should be guaranteed by a down payment (art.1386 c.c) of 25% of the amount of the entire stay, as confirmation; Payment by wire transfer or by credit card Visa, Mastercard, (NO American Express) is charged at the booking.

Cancellation policy

B) Reservations that are cancelled will be subject to the following penalties: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. C) Any reduction in the duration of the stay will be considered a cancellation.
D) In the event of a no show or early departure will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked.
E) With the payment of the down payment (Caparra art.1386 c.c.) are automatically accepted the clauses of cancellation.
Children and extra beds
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. One adult is charged EUR 60 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to arrival. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
Extra charges EUR 1.00 city tax per person per night is excluded. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
